You have taken the first step to dealing with one of the grooviest companies around and definitely one of the easiest to deal with.
All you need to do now is please tell us a little more about your business by either applying for a new trade account or apply for your existing account at Knock On Wood be upgraded to Trade.
Upon application, we shall review your details and if eligible assign you to our trade channels, so you can enjoy the benefits of our wholesale pricing. This process may take a day or so. If you are in a desperate hurry then you can call us and we can do this quickly over the phone (speak to Vicki or Jonathan).
How to apply for a trade account
Option1: New customer - not yet registered on our website
Start with our standard website sign up page here.
You will be sent an email to verify your email address, check your email and verify it.
On the sign up confirmation page, click the button to Apply for a trade account.
Complete all the fields on the page and click to Apply.
Your application will now be in an Applied state and be sent to use for review.
Option 2: Registered customer - use this if you are already a registered customer
Simply sign in first then click the link for Apply for a trade account.
Complete all the fields on the page and click to Apply.
Your application will now be in anApplied state and be sent to use for review.
