- These really are the most gorgeous sounding chimes we have come across for a while
- They are compact but effective with four different tunings available (click the download tab to the right for sound samples) The four chimes also blend well together so can be played in combinations for a more complex but still highly harmonious sound
- The Koshi chime is an authentic musical instrument, an original creation of high quality.
- Hand made in a workshop at the foot of the Pyrenean mountains, each chime is the result of meticulous craftsmanship.
- Eight chords are welded with silver into the metal plate at the base of the bamboo resonance tube.
- Precise tuning creates a play of clear tones that is rich in overtones.
- The overtones of the shorter chords gradually dominate and become fundamentals, thus forming a circular tone range.
- Move the chime gently holding it by its cord: the crystalline relaxing sound is a delight
- Suspended, it will play with the wind and carry you away in an unexpected melody
- The Koshi chimes can be used outdoors, but should be hung underneath an overhang to keep them dry. Like all wooden objects, they must be regularly treated with a protective oil (teak oil)

Most orders are processed within one working day of receipt of order, subject to stock availability
Delivery costs vary dependant upon weight, size, location and method. Prices are calculated when items are placed in your basket.
For standard delivery within the UK we use the Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service.
Fedex or DHL are used for next day services. (Highlands & Islands are often two day services)

No quibble 28 day returns policy
You should let us know within 14 days of receiving the goods if you wish to return an item. You then have a further 14 days from letting us know to get it back to us. Once the item has been despatched it becomes your responsibility to return an order or item in an unmarked and resaleable condition before we can issue a refund to you. Please note that return postage charges cannot be refunded unless the product is faulty or not as described. Items not returned within the agreed period of time may not be accepted, or may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be at our discretion. Also please note that this only applies to individual customers.
