The mallets are well balanced, have an extra large, soft head for a warm, massive sound with very little attack or overtones. They are particularly suitable for playing on korino heads due to the interior construction of the head - its diameter is larger than our other models and it has additional padding. Most orders are processed within one working day of receipt of order, subject to stock availability

For standard delivery within the UK we use the Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service.
Fedex or DHL are used for next day services. (Highlands & Islands are often two day services)

No quibble 28 day returns policy
You should let us know within 14 days of receiving the goods if you wish to return an item. You then have a further 14 days from letting us know to get it back to us. Once the item has been despatched it becomes your responsibility to return an order or item in an unmarked and resaleable condition before we can issue a refund to you. Please note that return postage charges cannot be refunded unless the product is faulty or not as described. Items not returned within the agreed period of time may not be accepted, or may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be at our discretion. Also please note that this only applies to individual customers.
